For those who follow the premium of 90% vs. 40%
 

Tulving is now charging a six cent per ounce premium for the 90% over the
40 % junk silver.

$5.75/ oz for 40 % and $5.81 for the 90%.

It was just a few months ago that the premium was the other way around and less than a month ago it was all even.

He must have come into some cheap 40% stuff, or the 90% is getting harder to come by. I think it might be the former, as he is only eight cents over spot on the 40%.
